There is no getting around the fact that growing produce is a lot of work, and we can't do it alone. If you like working outside, enjoy getting a little dirt under your fingernails, or wish to learn how to be a better gardener. Fill out our very brief application.
We are looking to expand crew in 2023. We hope to hire a few partime workers to help lighten the load beginning in May. Hourly wage starts at $14/hour and lunches are prepared daily on the farm for all our staff.
New crew members will start off working in the following areas:
- Greenhouse work
- Spring Plant Sale
- Garden work (Planting, hoeing, harvesting)
- Farmers Market (Marshall- Saturdays 7-2pm)
- Packing Barn- Washing produce and filling orders
